Terms of Service

These terms govern authenticated use of Voys Ads Engine at ads.voysapps.io. By signing in or using the product you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1) The service

Voys Ads Engine is a dashboard operated by Voys Apps to help authorized users connect advertising platforms, organize mobile apps and creatives, and run campaign and reporting workflows. Features, supported platforms, and availability can change as we improve the product. Voys Ads Engine is not a public API browser and must not be used to access advertising accounts you do not own or manage.

2) Accounts and access

You need a Voys Ads Engine account to use the product. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to appsvoys@gmail.com. Access may be limited to Voys Apps team members and invited clients. We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized, abusive, or unsafe use.

3) Connected ad accounts

When you connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, or other platforms, you represent that you have permission to access and manage every advertising account you link. You must follow each platform’s terms, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy when using Google Ads features. Campaigns created through Voys Ads Engine may be created in a paused state; you are responsible for reviewing settings and enabling spend.

4) Acceptable use

You may not: • Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization • Abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or paid / access controls • Resell or sublicense Voys Ads Engine access without our written permission • Use the product for unlawful advertising, fraud, or policy-violating campaigns

5) Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, Apple, and other platforms are independent services. Their availability, policies, billing, and API behavior are outside Voys Apps’s control. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own agreements.

6) Intellectual property

Voys Ads Engine software, branding, and interface are owned by Voys Apps or its licensors. You retain rights to content and creatives you upload, and grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the features you use.

7) Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voys Apps disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voys Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost advertising spend, or decisions you make based on campaign or reporting data shown in the product.

8) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or commercial protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always available at https://ads.voysapps.io/en/terms.
