Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Voys Ads Engine (ads.voysapps.io) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal and advertising-account data. It applies to authenticated use of the dashboard and to Google user data obtained through Google OAuth and the Google Ads API.

1) Who we are

Voys Apps operates Voys Ads Engine. We are a software studio based in Turkey. Privacy and data-deletion requests: appsvoys@gmail.com. This policy covers ads.voysapps.io and related Voys Ads Engine API traffic used to power the dashboard. 2) Scope of this product

Voys Ads Engine is a B2B / internal growth dashboard. It is not a public consumer social app. You must sign in before viewing campaign or account data. There is no anonymous access to Google Ads, Meta, or Apple advertising data through Voys Ads Engine.

3) Account data we collect

When you create or use a Voys Ads Engine account we process: • Email address and authentication identifiers used to sign in (via Supabase Auth) • Session and security data needed to keep you signed in • Product preferences and onboarding progress • Support messages you send to us

4) Google Ads connection data

If you connect Google Ads, after explicit OAuth consent we store only what is needed to run the integration: • Encrypted Google OAuth access and refresh tokens • Token expiry and granted scopes • Connected Google user identifier associated with the consent • Accessible Google Ads customer IDs • Account descriptive name, currency code, time zone, and connection / sync status • Campaign, creative, and reporting data you request through the product for those authorized accounts

5) Google data we do not access

Connecting Google Ads does not grant Voys Ads Engine access to unrelated Google products. We do not request or use Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, YouTube private data, or other Google API scopes beyond the Google Ads / AdWords scope required for this product (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).

6) How we use Google user data

We use Google user data and Google Ads API data solely to: • Authenticate the Google Ads connection you started • List and sync advertising accounts you can access • Run campaign management, creative, research, and reporting workflows you initiate in Voys Ads Engine • Maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and prevent abuse of the integration We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google Ads data for advertising to end users, for unrelated product marketing, or to train foundation models. We do not transfer Google user data to other advertisers for their own purposes.

7) Google API Services User Data Policy

Voys Ads Engine’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data obtained through OAuth is used only to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Voys Ads Engine interface and that you request.

8) Other ad platforms

If you connect Meta Ads or Apple Search Ads, we store the credentials or tokens those platforms issue, plus account metadata and campaign data needed for the same dashboard workflows. Each platform’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to data processed by that platform.

9) App and product data

To organize campaigns we may store app identifiers you add (such as store listing metadata, bundle IDs, package names), creative assets you upload, country and copy settings, and links between apps and ad accounts. This data stays tied to your Voys Ads Engine workspace.

10) Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers required to operate Voys Ads Engine, including: • Hosting and infrastructure • Supabase (authentication and database) • Google (OAuth consent and Google Ads API) • Other connected ad platforms you authorize (Meta, Apple) We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Voys Apps, our users, or the public. We do not sell personal data or Google user data.

11) Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Access to the dashboard requires authentication. Users can access only their own connections and related synced data. We never ask for your Google password; authentication for Google Ads uses Google OAuth 2.0.

12) Retention and deletion

Tokens and synced account records are kept while the connection remains active or while needed for security and audit purposes. You can disconnect Google Ads (or other platforms) in the dashboard to revoke ongoing API access from Voys Ads Engine; you should also revoke access in your Google Account permissions if you want to remove consent at the source. To request deletion of stored Voys Ads Engine account or connection data, email appsvoys@gmail.com from the address on your account. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. We may retain limited records needed for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

13) Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email appsvoys@gmail.com. Users in Türkiye may also have rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
